Parent and Family Workshops are a small-group approach to community outreach and organizing, engaging a range of 20-40 participants, mostly immigrant and Spanish-speaking. The series of sessions covers relevant reproductive justice topics, including how to best support the young people in their lives by addressing youth sexual health topcs. We often involve key community partners in our presentations and connect families to key services if needed. COLOR collaborates with Denver Public Schools and other nonprofit partners providing direct services to parents and families in order to reach our community.
