Colorado, we鈥檙e fighting to ensure abortion is protected from government interference in Colorado through the 2024 ballot.
Together, with the Colorado Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice Coalition, we launched the Colorados por la protecci贸n de la libertad reproductivacampa帽a para enshrine abortion rights into state law. This ballot measure is a critical step toward ensuring that all people in Colorado, regardless of who they are, where they work, ane how much they earn, can access essential reproductive health care, such as abortion.聽
You鈥檝e said it, and we listened. You believe in a future where abortion care is accessible for all those who need it. And we鈥檙e going to make it happen. This constitutional amendment will protect the right to abortion, and serve as a buffer against future attempts by national anti-abortion actors to limit abortion access in Colorado.聽
