Latinas Increasing Political Strength (LIPS) is turning 15! 🎂 We will celebrate the power of young Latinas everywhere the best we know how – with the Quinceañera of our dreams! LIPS is COLOR’s signature youth leadership development program for youth ages 16-21 across Colorado and engages participants in a vibrant community of activists. LIPS mentors the next generation of leaders to promote the advancement of our communities and advocate for reproductive justice.

• VIP Reception: 5PM – 6:30PM
  • VIP ticket holders will be allowed early arrival for an intimate meet and greet with special guests, Representative Elizabeth Velasco, Representative Manny Rutinel, Representative Lorena Garcia, and Representative Tim Hernandez with access to the outdoor patio with live entertainment by Nico Martinez & the Latin Fusion Trio. VIP holders will receive a designated parking spot,* automatic entry for a special drawing to win an original Ojo de Dios by local Chicano artist Cal Duran, and limited edition LIPS swag!
