Community-Led Change Starts Here
Since our founding in 1998, we’ve built power with and for our communities. We’re changing the narrative, leading with our values, and working toward a vision of reproductive justice for all.
- Policy Advocacy
We’re grounded in our community’s interests and intersectional in our approach. We focus on
the issues that matter most to our community; autonomy, health care, civil rights, economic justice, and immigrant justice. Through the Colorado Latino Agenda (CLA), we lift up these priorities and turn them into power.
- Civic & Community Engagement
Whether we’re leading voter engagement campaigns, mobilizing communities at Latino Advocacy Day, or organizing educational events, we create spaces where our community is activated. By centering our lived experiences, we inspire civic participation and build the futures we want for our families and communities.
- Youth Programs
Our youth programs, Latinas Increasing Political Strength (LIPS) and Youth of COLOR Fellowship, cultivate a new generation of Latine leadership who are grounded in community and trained to advocate, mobilize, and lead.

The votes are in, the feelings are BIG, and there`s a lot to celebrate, process, and confront.
Pero una cosa es cierta: our people showed up. From kitchen table conversations and family group chats to sharing voting information, showing up at community events, and helping neighbors vote, las comunidades de Colorado llegaron con amor y conocimiento.
And while some election results bring real fear, anger, and uncertainty, our joy has never depended on the absence of struggle. Podemos celebrar a nuestra gente, while refusing to overlook the harm our communities face. We can hold joy and grief, pride and anger, all at once.
Para todos los que votaron, shared resources, asked questions, or showed up for their community, les decimos con todo el corazón ¡Muchas gracias!
The ballots are still being counted, and our community continues to show we can keep counting on each other.
Con amor y fuerza. ¡La lucha sigue!
It`s Election Day!!! 📣
Recuerda: Tu voz, tu voto! Make sure to get your vote in either by dropping your ballot off at a ballot dropbox or by voting in person by 7pm today. 🗳️

Today, we are grieving the passing of the honorable Dolores Huerta. She taught generations of us that our voices matter, our communities hold power, and we build justice together.
We are heartbroken. And deeply grateful for the love, wisdom, and fierce commitment she poured into our movements and our gente.
Gracias por tanto, Dolores. La lucha sigue. Rest in power.
