Reproductive Health Care Program Toolkit
Review a toolkit we are offering our community and partners to learn more about the Reproductive Health Care Program, also known as SB9. This program, which lives within the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) and is accessed through Health First Colorado, provides FDA-approved contraceptive methods and counseling services to undocumented immigrants who meet all other Medicaid requirements, except for immigration status. Not only can immigrants access reproductive healthcare services for free, but the program also allows anyone on Medicaid to receive a yearly supply of oral birth pills at once.
