Luisa Duran – Afro-latina, mother, wife, doula & Lactation Counselor supporting moms in Colorado. She’s an activist within the birthing community. As a Certified Maternal Support Practitioner and Certified Lactation Counselor. Holding over 8 years of experience in Obstetrical and Infertility field. Currently Luisa is studying Human Lactation to pursue her career.
China Tolliver- Certified Birth Doula and Birth Justice Advocate practicing in Metro Denver. She believes in equal access, reproductive rights and breastfeeding education for all Black and Brown women and their families. As the Founder of Black Breastfeeding Week-Denver, China strives to bring positive imagery of breastfeeding Women of Color to front-line in an effort to continue normalizing breastfeeding in marginalized communities.
